•As a customer service teamleader you are responsible for a local CSR’s team, and a team in Moldova/Macedonia.
•You and your team take care of the needs of our customers. Your organize the complete workflow to meet customer timeframes.
•Communicate and coordinate with internal departments: sales, operations, finance.
•Follow up on customer interactions.
•Manage administration and maintain customer databases.

  • Very good communication skills in Dutch and English
