YOUR INSPERITY GROUP HEALTH PLAN OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD
Your Insperity Group Health Plan open enrollment period is here! Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to enroll in, terminate or change your coverage elections. You are not required to make changes during your open enrollment period. Generally, if you do not make any changes, your current group health plan election (including an election of no coverage) carries over into the next coverage period. However, if your current coverage option is no longer available in your benefits package and you do not choose a new coverage option, you will automatically be moved to the closest comparable option.
If your company selects a different Insperity benefits package and/or level of medical coverage options during this open enrollment, these changes will go into effect on January 10, 2026.
Any new contribution rates will also go into effect on this date. See the Insperity Group Health Plan open enrollment packet recently mailed to you for details.

Log in to the Insperity Premier™ platform at portal.insperity.com and visit Benefits under My Account to make your Insperity Group Health Plan elections. Before you enroll, launch our interactive decision support tool ALEX to find the best fit for your next coverage period. ALEX will ask a few questions about your upcoming health care needs, crunch the numbers and point out what coverage options make the most sense for you.

Your enrollment must be complete and submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. Central time on January 10, 2026.

Find benefits answers quickly and easily
You can view information about the benefits available in your package—including eligibility, enrollment and participation requirements—on the Insperity Premier™ platform at portal.insperity.com. On Insperity Premier, your information is provided in a simple online overview, so that it’s easy to find the answers you need. Insperity Premier also features digital tools and resources like ALEX® that will help you make the most of your Insperity benefits.
Step-by-Step Guide – Spanish
How to enroll online
- Log in to Insperity Premier at insperity.com, or click “Create Your Account” if you’re a first time user.
- Select “Benefits” under “My Account,” then “Enroll” under Insperity Group Health Plan Your enrollment deadline will be displayed on this screen.
- Launch ALEX to find your best coverage
- Review your Enrollment Summary to confirm your selections, or select “Edit” if you wish to make
- Submit your Group Health Plan Enrollment Request by selecting “Submit” once you have reviewed your
- Print the online confirmation for your records once you have submitted your online enrollment
Benefits enrollments are time-sensitive
Enrollments submitted on the last day of your designated enrollment period but after the deadline times shown below for each time zone cannot be processed, so be sure to enroll early to ensure success.
- Eastern: 12:59 a.m.
- Central: 11:59 p.m.
- Mountain: 10:59 p.m.
- Pacific: 9:59 p.m.

Talk to ALEX before you enroll
Before you enroll, talk to our interactive decision support tool ALEX. He’ll ask a few questions about your health care needs, crunch some numbers and point out what makes the most sense for you. During your initial and open enrollment periods you can find ALEX on the Insperity Premier platform. Log in to portal.insperity.com and click “Start Now” next to Health Benefits, then select “Yes, help me find the best fit!” on the next screen.

Important Reminders
Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment Beneficiaries:
It is important to designate a beneficiary for all Life and AD&D insurance policies (basic and voluntary). Employees can update beneficiaries through the Benefits page on Insperity Premier. If enrolled in Voluntary Life or AD&D, a beneficiary must be designated, as it does not carryover from the beneficiary listed under the Basic Life or AD&D policies. Employees will be directed to New York Life’s site to complete the voluntary beneficiary information.
Open Enrollment for Insperity Health Care FSA ends Dec. 31
Annual open enrollment for the Insperity Health Care Flexible Spending Account Plan (Health Care FSA) ends Dec. 31, 2025. To continue participation in the Health Care FSA each year, you must submit a new election during this annual open enrollment period.
You may elect to contribute up to the annual maximum set by the IRS each year. Up to $500 of unused contributions may be carried over if you elect to continue participation in the Health Care FSA for the following plan year. Any unused amounts in excess of $500 will be forfeited.
Log on to the Insperity Premier™ platform at portal.insperity.com to enroll. You must enroll no later than 11:59 p.m. Central time on Dec. 31, 2025, if you wish to participate in the Insperity Health Care FSA for plan year 2026.
